Asobo Studios announced on Twitter that A Plague Tale: Requiem officially entered gold phase. The new adventure of Amicia and Hugo will therefore arrive in stores without delays on the roadmap, with the release date that we remind you is set at October 18th for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass.
For the uninitiated, “gold phase” means that the main development has been completed and that the “gold master” copy is ready to be sent to the owners of the various platforms for all the necessary checks and certifications. Then follows the printing of retail copies and distribution in stores around the world.
In A Plague Tale: Requiem, Amicia and Hugo travel south to new regions and bustling cities. Here they try to start a new life and get Hugo’s curse under control. Just yesterday, a new trailer with gameplay of A Plague Tale: Requiem was presented, which also reveals that a playable demo of the title will be available at Gamescom 2022.
