Koei Tecmo released a new trailer of Workshop, precisely dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the JRPG saga. The video, which you can find above, shows us the main games in the series. Ultimately, though, it also includes a teasers of the next games in the saga.
The video shows a handful of environments, such as submerged ruins, tropical beaches, coral reefs, magical cut forests and large cities that blend a classic and futuristic style. Unfortunately we see very little of the next Atelier game, but it’s still a good way to announce what’s new.
In fact, we recall that Koei Tecmo will be at the Tokyo Game Show 2022 on September 16 with a Special Program. We know that taste will unveil a new game in the first half of this event: it is highly probable (although for now unofficial and certain) that it is precisely the new Atelier.
For the rest, the Atelier trailer dedicated to 25th anniversary quickly shows the various chapters starting from that of 1997. In a quarter of a century, a large number of Ateliers have been created and probably always new fans have joined the ranks of players who love this particular mix of role-playing and alchemical management .
