“I pre-purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare II last night so I could pre-load the beta,” writes a CoD fans. “It doesn’t show up in my games in the Battlenet launcher, so I can’t preload the beta. Some players are reporting some possible solutions: Among the suggestions are various practices, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the Battlenet launcher, or clicking the “plus” symbol at the top of the Battlenet game bar to add Modern Warfare 2 to your “favorites”, which in some cases can guarantee access to the preload option.
Even these solutions, however, are not always effective. “I don’t even have the option to bookmark it,” replies one player. “It’s not listed in My Games. It’s not an option in my favorites, but it says I own it when I try to pre-purchase.”
