Invader Studios has announced that it will launch a playable demo Of Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle on the occasion of the Steam Next Festwhich will start on February 21 and end on February 28, 2022. The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer, which you can see below:
The movie shows some game sequences, apparently taken from the demo. Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is the sequel / prequel to Daymare: 1998, a classic survival horror inspired by the Resident Evil saga (born as a remake of Resident Evil 2). Developed in Italy, it has achieved good success, thanks to its remaking of a gameplay currently hardly beaten by the great software houses.
Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle could represent the definitive consecration of Invader Studios as a genre developer, as well as go to answer some of the criticisms received by the original game.
Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is in development for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, and Nintendo Switch. He doesn’t have one yet official release datealthough the existence of the demo suggests that the development of the game is at a very advanced stage.
