Elden Ring he did record on Twitch a peak over 700,000 spectators: it is a record for FromSoftware productions, which had never managed to reach similar results.

Received with extraordinary ratings in international reviews, Elden Ring has exceeded widely the results achieved by the Japanese development team’s previous games on the streaming platform, which often determines the long-term success of a title.

Specifically, the extraordinary Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (review) reached a peak of 279,037 spectators on Twitch, while even before that the now classic Dark Souls 3 (review) reached 275,893 spectators.

Benji-Sales, who has always been passionate about numbers and metrics, underlined this success as a very important step also in terms of sales by Elden Ring, given the importance of Twitch in this sense and for many productions in the past.

When asked about his personal predictions, Benji said that probably the new action RPG developed by FromSoftware will be able to place beyond 10 million copies before the end of 2022.
