Warner Bros and Avalanche have shown a new, short video snippet for Hogwarts Legacy which focuses specifically on dialogue system with choices entrusted to the playerwhich evidently can affect the development of the story and events based on how we respond and carry on the conversation.

The short video fragment, made up of 5 seconds of animation, seems to be taken from the quest that was visible in the Hogwarts Legacy Gamescom 2022 trailer, all dedicated to Sebastian Sallow and the Dark Arts that can be pursued within the new game based about the Wizarding World created by JK Rowling.

The entire quest protagonist of the trailer, however, is a completely content optional, which gives a good idea of the possible freedom of action granted to the player within the open world staged by Hogwarts Legacy. The system of multiple-choice dialogues also contributes to this freedom, which can lead to different story developments.

In the specific case, the protagonist must make a choice concerning the Cruciatus Curse, a particularly dark and disturbing magic that, evidently, can be learned and used or not by the player. It could be an important choice for character development, so this multiple choice dialogue system could lead to very interesting consequences.

We remind you that Hogwarts Legacy is arriving on February 10, 2023, with contents and prices of the various editions announced in recent days.
