Primal Game Studio – developer – and Marvelous Europe – publisher – have announced Mandrake for PC (Steam), Xbox Series X | S and PS5. It is a side scrolling action RPG. A release date has not been indicated, but we can see the trailer – above – and some images – just below -.
There official description reads: “In Mandragora, humanity has surrendered and handed the world over to monsters. People hide behind brick walls and palisades of ignorance, built by their leaders. Joy and pleasure are coveted jewels, out of reach. of the masses. This is not the world that was promised to you. Travel at night and take it back. Travel through a declining world, slowly gripped by the damaging effects of entropy. Fight against ferocious enemies, challenge unique and deadly bosses, meet new allies, enemies and all the nuances in between, and you make tough moral choices. There are many paths worth taking. Choose your own. ”
We will be able to explore a large and dark 2.5D world, with music composed by Christos Antoniou (Titan, Codex Omega, Mystic Places of Dawn). The trailer for Mandrake shows us an action game based on hand-to-hand combat, magic, dodging and exploration.
