The GameXplain YouTube channel has posted a video comparing i circuits of the Pass Additional Routes Of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with their original counterparts.
For the uninitiated, during this Tuesday’s Direct, Nintendo announced the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Additional Paths Pass, a paid pass that offers a large number of remastered tracks from the Mario Kart series. We are talking about six packages that will be released by the end of 2023 adding ben 48 circuits.
The GameXplain video comparison was made using the sequences of the Additional Paths Pass shown during the Direct, comparing them with the original tracks. As we can see from the video, the circuits apparently have been reproduced in a very faithful way, but with obvious differences from the graphic point of view, especially for those taken from the Mario Kart series games for Nintendo DS and 3DS.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Additional Courses Pass will be available for purchase separately, at the price of € 24.99, but Nintendo Switch Online + Add-on Pack subscribers will be able to access its content at no additional cost. The first package will be available from March 18th, here are details and pictures of the eight tracks included.
