From today 3 new games are available Sega Megadrive for all subscribers to Nintendo Switch Online + Add-on Pack. The titles in question are Earthworm Jim, Alisia Dragoon and Beyond Oasis. As per tradition, Nintendo has released a promotional video presenting the new additions to the catalog, which you can view below.
Earthworm Jim is a platformer released in 1994 and the first chapter of a series that has now become historic. The protagonist is Jim, an earthworm who has obtained an anthropomorphic appearance and human intellect thanks to a special space suit. In the game we will tackle the levels by shooting the laser gun and using the protagonist’s earthworm head as a vine to swing from it.
Beyond Oasis (originally released in Europe as The Story of Thor) is a top-down action RPG. The protagonist is Ali, a prince who obtains a magical bracelet that allows him to invoke four elemental spirits with different powers and characteristics that will be useful for defeating enemies and overcoming the challenges proposed by the game.
Alisia Dragoon is a platformer released in 1992. The player takes the role of Alisia, a young girl who sets out on an adventure to avenge her father and save the world. In doing so she will have to harness her magical powers and the help of four magical creatures.
