Nintendo Switch Sports was one of the absolute novelties announced during last night’s Nintendo Direct, a real follow-up to the famous Wii Sports coming to Nintendo Switch which is also shown in new imagesin addition to the news ofaddition of free golf in autumn.
Nintendo Switch Sports will be available from April 29, 2022 with 6 disciplines already announced, but to these others will be added over time, with the first additional one already presented.
These are the 6 disciplines included at launch in the game:
- Tennis
- Bowling
- Chanbara
- Soccer
- Badminton
- Volleyball
But a seventh sport will be added to these already in autumn with the free add-on dedicated to golfwhich fully incorporates the tradition of Wii Sports but taking it to other levels thanks to the new graphics and the use of Joy-Con for motion detection controls.
It’s not the only free addition: Nintendo also announced that the first update for free of Nintendo Switch Sports, coming this summer, will allow you to play with a Joy-Con controller and the leg band in football matches.
