Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction has reached altitude 5 million players: announced it Ubisoft as part of the financial results for the third fiscal quarter of 2022.
Able to total 3 million players already in the first week, Rainbow Six Extraction has therefore grown substantially and has proved to be a solid product for the French house, determined to expand the universe of Rainbow Six.
Overall, the company did score for revenue 746.1 million euros in the third quarter, with a decrease of 25.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, but the sales of the catalog outside the new products increased by 37%.
As you may have read in our Rainbow Six Extraction review, Ubisoft’s cooperative alien-based shooter undoubtedly offers a solid and interesting experience, albeit with some limitations.
Specifically, the somewhat marked degree of challenge when playing solo, an unconvincing progression system and some Operator balance problems would need a bit of filing by the developers.
