The reboot of Saints Row the editors of the Japanese magazine liked it Famitsujudging by votes that have been awarded to the game: a resounding 10, two 9s and an 8, for a total of 36/40: definitely higher than the western average. Here are all the reviews of the number 1761:
- Alice Gear Aegis CS: Concert of Simulatrix (PS5, PS4, Switch) – 7/7/7/6 [27/40]
- SD Gundam Battle Alliance (PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, Switch) – 8/8/8/8 [32/40]
- Saints Row (PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One) – 9/8/10/9 [36/40]
- Way of the Hunter (PS5, Xbox Series) – 8/8/8/6 [30/40]
In our review of Saints Row we underlined the caciarona nature of the open world created by Volition, but at the same time its dated structure and the many technical problems that undermine the enjoyment of the experience.
What about the other titles reviewed by Famitsu? SD Gundam Battle Alliance is the latest tie-in dedicated to the Sunrise series, in this case an action RPG with the Gundams in a chibi version, or super deformed, if you prefer: for him four 8s and a total of 32/40.
The hunting simulation Way of the Hunter went less well, which in addition to three 8s received a 6, thus dropping to a decent 30/40. Developed by Nine Rocks Games, the game allows players to experience “the authentic experience of a hunting trip in the USA and Europe, exploring vast landscapes populated by extraordinarily realistic fauna.”
