Sonic Frontiers Sega’s promotional campaign for the new chapter of its iconic series is approaching and intensifying, with a new trailer called “Showdown” and rather in tone epicwhich shows the great challenges to which the protagonist is called in this case.
Consisting of a mixture of CG and actual cutscenes gameplaythe new trailer shows an introduction to the game by showing different situations in which Sonic can find himself within Sonic Frontiers, giving the possibility to get an idea of the impressive scale of some battles.
Between fights against gigantic bosses, exploration of extremely open environments, surprise encounters and moments of considerable epic intensity, Sonic Frontiers seems to be a truly great chapter for the Sega series, and this trailer only raises expectations in this regard.
The main feature of this chapter is theopening of environments, since it unfolds on a large open world that is freely explorable. Once in the archipelago of the Starfall Islands, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy find themselves thrown into the parallel dimension of Cyber Space.
However, the protagonist manages to reach Kronos Island and from there starts his revenge against Dr Eggman and the search for the Chaos Emeralds. There release date of Sonic Frontiers is set for November 8, 2022, to get to know him better, we refer you to our recent test before the launch.
