Valve released the launch trailer Of Steam Deckto celebrate the availability of the console (in truth it is a hybrid between a PC and a portable console, it is worth reiterating it). Of course, talking about “availability” is a bit of a gamble, given that it has sold out for months due to the very high number of bookings received at the time of the announcement of the opening of the same, but these days it is not so strange a situation like that.
However, the movie shows the Steam Deck struggling with some games. At first we see the various parts of the hardware coming together, so we can see some of the verified titles scroll quickly across the screen, such as Elden Ring, Control and many others.
In general, nothing really new is shown, but it’s still a pretty sight. There is also a sequence of Aperture Desk Job, the new Valve game just announced, just to accompany the launch of the Steam Deck.
Before leaving, we remind you that the Steam Deck is available in three configurations. one with a 64GB eMMC (€ 419), one with a 256GB NVMe SSD (€ 549) and one with a 512GB NVMe SSD (€ 679).
