Developer Uppercut Games announced the release date of the versions PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S Of Submerged: Hidden Depths: March 10, 2022. The game is already available from December 2020 on Stadia, of which it has been an exclusive all this time. Who knows how many will have played it …
Submerged: Hidden Depths is a combat-free third-person “relaxing exploration” adventure set in the sunken ruins of a wonderful world. Take on the role of Miku and Taku: one cursed by a mysterious power she wants to use for a good purpose, the other determined not to let it tear them apart.
If you want to have more information, read our review of Submerged: Hidden Depths, obviously relating to the Stadia version, in which we wrote:
Submerged: Hidden Depths should be taken for what it is if you really want to appreciate it: a descriptive and calm game, which in every way avoids creating conflicts. It is like traveling on still waters, taking the time to admire the celestial vault instead of fighting with the waves that want to overturn the boat. Of course we realize that it’s not a game for everyone. Especially those in search of dreams of omnipotence and dopamine shots around every corner will not like it very much, but our experience was really pleasant and made us reflect on how, every now and then, it is nice to just slow down and look around, explore wonderful places and let yourself be carried away by the current.
