Through GfK, we have the opportunity to see the ranking of the best-selling games in physical format in the United Kingdom. There Top 10 UKOf end of February 2022indicates that Elden Ring is the best-selling and has placed 80% of physical copies on PlayStation.

Elden Ring sold (physical copies) 63% on PlayStation 5, 17% on PS4, 17% on Xbox (One Series X | S are a single disc) and 3% on PC. Of course, without the digital data (coming later this week) we don’t have a precise idea of how total sales are divided.
We also know that Elden Ring’s physical sales are 26% higher than Dark Souls 3. We also remember that digital sales, nowadays, are an important slice of the market, even more than in 2016, so it is remarkable that even from the point of view of physical copies the number has grown.
Speaking of well-known digital data, Elden Ring on Steam is the seventh contemporary multiplayer game ever.
