GfK has published the UK retail market rankings relating to last week. In first place stands out Horizon Forbidden Westthe new exclusive from Guerrilla Games for PS5 and PS4, followed by Arceus Pokémon Legends.

As mentioned at the opening Horizon Forbidden West ranks first, with data from GfK showing that it is currently the second most successful launch in the UK for a PS5 game, behind Spider-Man: Miles Morales and ahead of FIFA 22.
Another interesting fact is that copies sold in physical format (digital ones are not tracked by GfK) on 68% are for PS5 and the rest for PS4, although the first costs more without offering any noteworthy advantage, since the upgrade to the next-gen version is completely free.
Pokémon Legends Arceus leaves the podium after three weeks of domination, with sales dropping 52% on a weekly basis. Dying Light 2 closes the podium, while Mario Kart 8 and FIFA 22 continue to grind excellent sales numbers, finishing respectively in fourth and fifth place.
Cyberpunk 2077 is not in the top 10, but according to GfK data, with the launch of the upgrade for PS5 and Xbox Series X | S, the game’s sales have increased by 271% and now it is in 23rd place.
