Through the official Twitter profile of Valkyrie Elysium, Square Enix has announced that the release date of the PS5 and PS4 port Of Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth has been postponed to December 22, 2022 to allow developers to improve the quality of the game.
Previously the launch was set for September 29, which coincides with the debut of the spin-off action Valkyrie Elysium. Among other things, Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is one of the bonuses for purchasers of the Digital Deluxe edition. Obviously, even in their case it will be necessary to wait until 22 December.
The PS5 and PS4 versions of Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth are ports of the PSP original released in 2006, which was itself an updated version of the Valkyrie Profile released on PS1 in 1999. This re-release will include quick saves, the ” Rewind” and the possibility to choose between various graphic presets. In addition to being included in the Deluxe Edition of Valkyrie Elysium, the game will be purchasable separately. The price in Japan will be 2,750 yen which is equivalent to 19.78 euros.
