Through the official website of Wo Long: Fallen Dynastythe developers of Team Ninja have revealed more details about the free demo which will be released on PC and consoles close to the launch of the game. The most important is that, as is the tradition for the studio, this trial version will also only be available for a limited period of timeso if you are interested take advantage of it.
To be precise, the trial version will only be available from 09:00 Italian on Thursday 23 February until 07:59 on Monday 27 March 2023. After this date it will no longer be possible to download and play it.
We also learn that the demo will feature two game sessions not present in the previous one. Players will be able to take on Chapter 1: Village of Misfortune and Chapter 2: Two Brave Heroes.
“Both chapters feature sensational and intense combat in a fantasy where the Three Realms are infested with demons: an unnamed militia soldier will face hordes of monsters and enemy soldiers during the epic late Han Dynasty“, reads the description offered by Team Ninja.
Online multiplayer will also be available during this demo, let’s assume both PvE and PvP. The Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty demo multiplayer doesn’t require any Xbox Live or PlayStation Plus subscription always online is mandatoryeven if you aim to play it solo.
As previously confirmed, players will be able to transfer their progress of the demo in the full game if they decide to buy it. Additionally, completing the trial version will also unlock “Squat Dragon Helm” upon release of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
In this regard, we remind you that Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be available starting from March 3, 2023 for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and Xbox One. It will also be included in the PC and Xbox Game Pass catalog at launch.
